What I Am Doing Now
A now page is a concept I learned about from Derek Sivers. It is meant to be an overview of what a person is working on at this moment.

Quarantined.
I'm incredibly lucky to have my health, a job and minimal impacts to my immediate family and friends. I'm also quite introverted, which helps. We had to cancel some of our trips and future travel is uncertain, but if that is my biggest complaint, I have it pretty good. The kids are handling it pretty well which helps. And Steph is a hero.
Zen Planner.
Work at Zen Planner / Daxko is interesting. We help gyms, studios, and clubs help run their business. With our clients being severely impacted by COVID, we are presented with a big challenge. I think we're stepping up to the plate and doing some great things. We've had a lot of changes internally (good, bad and sad) and I love that I keep getting to focus on SEM and am excited for the opportunity ahead.
Atomic Habits.
I'm re-reading Atomic Habits by James Clears and working on implementing the principles within. Focusing on my morning habit-stack, and during quarantine it has been a big help.
New Learning Project.
Working on building out a new learning project. Should have more updates soon.
This Site.
Like I've mentioned, part of the reason I wanted to put this site together, was to try to find some sort of social accountability. Now that it's live, I want to finish building out some of my pages and post a new blog each week.
Training and Rehab.
Last fall I tore my meniscus playing frisbee. Since then I've been working on getting back to where I was pre-tear (7 min/miles about 30 miles a week). I tried to start running again in January and ran into a string of less serious injuries, so for the last few weeks I've been getting my overall fitness base to a good spot before jumping back into running. Right now I've been doing yoga, climbing training and strength training twice a week each. With the warmer weather, I'll be incorporating some mountain biking and easy runs over the next few weeks.
Bucket List.
We had to cancel our trip and have put our other travel plans on hold for the moment. Planning our backpacking trip to Buckskin Gulch for this fall and will also be hitting up the 401 Trail in Crested Butte during the summer.
